Samburu National Reserve is one of the special reserves in Kenya to see the special animals of Kenya.
Samburu tours take place inside the Samburu National Reserve which is located to the north of Nairobi in Samburu County.
At the reserve, expect to see attractions like the River Ewaso Nyiro, the special five animals of Kenya, birdlife and the Samburu culture.
This reserve, just like Meru National Park and Kora National Park, taps into the history of The Adamson’s story with Elsa, the Lioness.

The first day of Naicef 3 days Samburu package starts with a departure from Nairobi.
The journey takes 5 hours 40 minutes from Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve. Enjoy Kenya’s scenery along the way to Samburu National Reserve.
Arrive at the Sarova Shaba lodge. Check in to your reserved room, with breathtaking views.
You will arrive in time for lunch at the lodge.
After your nutritious lunch, head out for your first activity of your 3 days Samburu package.
Visit a local Samburu Village. Interact with the Samburu community in activities like beadmaking, singing and dancing.

The second day of the Naicef 3 days Samburu package starts with an early morning game drive.
The early morning game drive sets the tone for viewing the animals in the fresh morning hours.
During the early morning game drive, you will get to see the special 5 animals of Kenya. These special 5 animals include Gerenuk, Grevy’s Zebra, Reticulated giraffe, Beisa Oryx and Somali Ostrich.
These animals are special because you will not find them anywhere else in Kenya!

Have breakfast at the Elephant rock inside the reserve for an exclusive wild African breakfast.
After the nutritious breakfast, continue with the full day experience inside the reserve.

After the experiential morning during the Samburu Safari, return to the lodge for lunch.

After the experiential day, return to the lodge in time for dinner.
Relax and unwind after the experiential day. Dine and overnight stay at the lodge.
The final day of the Samburu tours starts with a leisure breakfast at the lodge. Enjoy the morning at leisure as you proceed to check out of the lodge.
