Team Building Facilitator Duties & Responsibilities
As a Naicef Team Building Facilitator, your core duties will include:
Facilitate Team Building Experiences
You will deliver powerful, engaging, and high-energy team-building sessions for corporate clients. This will require top skills in adjusting activities to fit the changing demands and interests of participants
Coordinate and Execute Activities
You will plan, organize, and manage all team activities from planning to post-event evaluation. This will require personalized program planning from the client inquiry to post-event monitoring.
Develop Custom Team Building Programs
You will design tailored team building models based on client needs, company goals, and team performance gaps. This will be like a curricular guide for diverse group interests and will avoid common activity duplication.
Inspire, Educate, and Engage Participants
You will use storytelling, experiential training methods, and interactive facilitation techniques to create memorable outcomes for diverse groups.
Ensure High Client Satisfaction
You will be expected to deliver excellent communication, timely reporting, and professional session summaries that add value to each client.
Requirements for the Team Building Facilitators Job
To qualify for these team-building facilitators’ job opportunities, candidates must have:
a. Over two (2+) years of experience facilitating corporate team building programs
b. Strong high-impact delivery and strong communication skills
c. Ability to create creative team activity programs for diverse groups
d. Excellent presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills across the diverse corporate divide
e. Experience in a team building facilitators job working with corporations, organizations, or institutions with varying team building objectives
