| 1:00 p.m | Lunch | Take another break and enjoy your deliciously prepared meal. |
| 2:00 p.m | Zumba dance | After a moment of relaxing, you will then participate in a Zumba dance workout as you regain that energy lost. |

Here is the itinerary for the forest challenge package with the forest charges and activities fully catered for;
You will be picked up at 6:00 a.m. at Nairobi CBD for a quick briefing and introduction. From there, you will proceed to Camp Ndunda Falls in Embu County for your forest challenge package.
The drive to Embu will take you around 2 to 3 hours, and then upon your arrival, you will be cleared of your forest charges before your big game ahead.
You will be briefed by your facilitator on how the forest run challenge will be and the safety measures you will be required to follow.
At 9:00 a.m., you begin the forest challenge with a walk on a suspended bridge across the forest, which is the canopy walk.
Enjoy the amazing views of the forest as you get to create and embrace that bond with nature.
From there, you will then head for your next challenge, which is ziplining. Ever thought of swinging on a suspended rope, high above the ground, as among the forest challenges? The experience is just wow!
Get to explore deeper in the forest while ziplining and capture epic moments.
You will then take a quick breakfast and as you warm up for your next awaiting forest run challenge.
Ever heard of a mud game challenge? Yeah, you heard me right. You will proceed now with amazing mud fun activities such as rolling in mud and get to remind yourself how it feels to be a child again.
From there, the adventure gets to become more intense as you now become George Of The Jungle and participate in a wild swing.
Later, after lunch, you will head to a session where you will be entertained with a Zumba dance.
Thereafter, you will proceed on a nature walk following the well-paved trails and get to explore more of the forest.
In the early evening, you will then gather up as you refresh and have the last final remarks as you share your experiences.
You will then depart from Camp Ndunda Falls as you head back to town. Drop-offs will still be at Nairobi CBD, then later farewells and goodbyes.
